Single counter within a shop (at the back) - used to send a parcel back
Staff were efficient and helpful and did the job that I needed - right in the town centre and easy to find
open 0900 to 7 pm - useful as I could use it on my way to the railway station

Friendly and efficient service at the Pontypridd Post Office. The staff were really helpful in getting my parcel packaged and sent quickly.
There was hardly any waiting time, and everything was clearly explained.
The counter staff double-checked the address and helped me choose the best delivery option. Overall, a smooth and reliable experience—would definitely use again!

I visited the post office yesterday and a young Indian man served on the counter. This was not the post office section as that was closed at the time so we used the till next to the window as you walk in on the left. He was was extremely rude to to the gentleman in front of me and to myself. His communication was terrible, one word answers and no eye contact whatsoever. Seems like a lot of the reviews online mirror my comments.
